This video shows the USA basketball team at practice, highlighting the communication between star players such as Kobe Bryant and Lebron James.
The best players in the world coaching each other, sharing their perspective and receiving feedback in a constructive manner is amazing to watch. They are solving problems together which leads to chemistry on the court.
Consider your practices.
Do players actively watch and give feedback to their teammates?
Is there space for quick review/debrief for forward lines, defense pairs, penalty kill and power play units?
Are you giving the answers or creating opportunities for the players to explore and figure it out?
